From early June 2010, O2 started exclusively selling a new class of product: the Dell Streak is a cross between a smartphone and a tablet.The device runs on the Android platform, allow internet access and provide turn-by-turn navigation, in a portable device.
The Streak runs on the 1Ghz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, has a 5MP camera and a 5 touch screen.
The brand new mobile phone device is also be available at the Carphone Warehouse.
O2 general manager of devices, Steve Alder, said: ‘The Dell Streak is a bold new class of product, something we wanted to bring to our customers first. This means we can continue to offer our customers a range of the very best devices to make their lives a bit easier’.
