Google Translate for Animals

Google Translate for animals ?? Sounds weird isn’t it, well I had the same reaction when I first saw this title on Youtube. This is an android application, which is officially from Google. The application works this way, you record the voice from an animal, that will be sent to  a server for Analysis, and you finally get the English equivalent of it. Uff., Is that really going to work, Check out the video.

You can read about the application from Google Official Page. Some claim that the Google Animal Translate is an April Fool joke. icon biggrin Google Translate for Animals

Yup, it’s definitely Google’s way of saying april fool. Even they changed name of google homepage to Topeka. One elaborate prank was with Google reader where readers were offered points and prizes for reading articles on Google reader. Google definitely like to play pranks ;)
