DVDX Studios has recently launched a Windows applications (MP3 Workshop), that rips audio from any music CD/DVD and can convert them to MP3 format. The application is quite simple , clean and does the job faster. Apart from just the music CD to MP3 ripping, the software can also convert some of the popular audio formats to Mp3.
Features of DVDX MP3 Workshop
- Rip Songs from Audio CD or DVD to MP3 Format.
- Convert file formats like WAV, SND, AU, AIF, AIFC, AIFF, WMA, AVI, WMV, MPG, MPEG, VOB to MP3 Format
- Record voice directly and export to MP3 Format. ( This is same as in the Windows Sound Recorder, however you can save the file in MP3 format, whereas there you cannot)

Nice looking ripper! 2-3 years back if I wanted to rip an audio CD, it would have been so much more difficult but with rippers like these today, I can do it with so much of ease!
