Certain Computers have restricted accounts where the actions of the user will be limited according to the privileges given to them. For example if you are on a school computer, the account provided for you will lack the administrator privileges, that case you will not be able to Install any softwares or delete any important files on the computer.
There is a bug in Microsoft Windows that allows you to override this security and install softwares without needing the password of the administrator account.
Steps to install software on a computer without the Admin rights
- Restart your computer.
- Select the computer to open in Safe Mode (When the computer boots, press the Function key f8 and select “Safe Mode with Command Prompt” feature.
- In the Same mode, the User will be provided with the list of the User accounts, here you can try two things, First try opening any of the account with the administrator privilege , if it fails to load and asks for password then try Step 4
- Login with your limited account and Navigate to User Account Options (Start Menu -> Control Panel ->User Accounts)
- Select your Account and click to edit the account type.
- Change the type of account to Administrator
- Click Apply & Ok to save the Option
- Restart the Install the software.

Or you can simply disable UAC
