I already knew about enabling the Task Manager through Gpedit.msc but thanks for mentioning Task Manager Fix. It is helpful and might come in handy.

Cool tip! Once this had happened to my college PC and most people were worries that all the college computers were attacked with a virus which disabled the Task Manager.
