Yes Pavan, they now have reduced the slots for free downloads.
It doesnt bypass restricted system. I just tried a rapidshare link and it redirected me to the rapidshare page with same old stuff of free user or premium user.

As i replied to Avinash, i Have not got any issues with it mate, i cud easily download two rapidshare files at same time, you can see the screenshot. Anyway i wil check it again and let you know.
The link you are providing is for a cracked setup file which i dont think is good and you should avoid it.
Even google adsense may ban you if they find it out.
Anyway, i tested it b4 commenting and it doesnt work with rapidshare atleast until u got a premium account.
