Looking for the best OCR Software ? Try this , Abbyy FineReader v10, the best OCR. Abbyy is one of the well known Software when it comes to Optical Character Recognition.  Infact it is the first OCR software that I have used, when I bought a scanner almost 8 years back.

Fine Reader can get the image from the scanner, or directly from your computer, The open option is used to locate an image file in your computer and it can process the optical character recognition.

Abbyy Fine Reader Differentiate between text and images

Abbyy fine reader image

Abbyy Fine Reader can differentiate between Images and text, the red zone indicates the portion is identified as an image and the green portion is identified as text.  The green portion will be converted to text where the red portion will be displayed without any changes. The OCR Engine can identify images and text.

That’s really a great tool .. i have used ocr softwares before .. i think i should try this one too

Well I didn’t found the download link of the software.Instead it redirected to shaadi.com.
You can try Google docs ocr also but it failed in my time.
