Many of them face problem in accessing media files that comes with DRM (Digital Rights Management) protection. These files has several restrictions in them than the ordinary media files. So in order to remove these protection and use them as a normal media file, you got to use some third party softwares like Tunebite or WMAConverter.
My personal favorite is TuneBite. It can remove DMR protection from both audio as well as video files. The software is 40 USD, but not a problem since it comes with a demo period for 30 days.
Instructions:
- Download & Install TuneBite.
- Open TuneBite and the files that whose protection should be removed
- Select the format in which the file(s) should be converted.
- Click on “Start”, the file will first be playbacked and then converted to the specified format.
