I love HTC as a phone but HATE their customer service. Recently my HTC phone got wet in heavy rain (had wrapped it nicely, still some water drops managed to enter inside). Took it to their servicing bay. They say, the main board is gone and would take 10,000 INR to replace it. What??? The phone is barely 1 year old and I had bought the whole phone for a similar price. You suck HTC!!! You suck big time when you ask your customer to pay the same price to service the phone for which one can buy a new phone. We understand your intention here. But it’s not helping you in any way!
