AMD II launched eight new processors
A few days back AMD Athlon announced new Athlon II series processors where the processors offers more performance rate and less power conception .the new Athlon series has eight new processors including dual core quad core and triple core, yes triple core. AMD is the only company to introduce triple core. The triple core performance is higher than the regular dual core and a bit lesser than the quad core.which also has a advanced multitasking performance.
The new range of processors mainly focus on the performance of the multimedia applications and also design to match the requirements of new Windows 7 launched by Microsoft .the new processor is a relatively smaller and it more cheaper than the regular one .AMD has slashed the prices of their dual and quad core to increase sales. The processors speed ranges from 2.3 GHz 2.7 GHz. The new Athlon II series processors are expected to hit Indian market soon.
Is the price lower than intel
Yup the price is always lesser than Intel. Thats one way they promote
However AMD is improving a lot. They have launched Six Core processors.
AMD rocks when it comes to price and performance as compared to Intel

Im satisfied using Intel. I was never happy using AMD Processors. Their performance will might be high ., but Intel is still rocking.
